I recently had a tour of Vintage Wings of Canada. It was inspiring to see all of those classic aircraft, hear about their stories and know that they are still flyable. The technology of flight has changed so dramatically over the years (100 years in Canada!) that it is almost jaw dropping to see what the earlier pilots had to fly. If you get a chance to have a look at these aircraft you should take the opportunity (there are two open houses during the year).
